WE LITERALLY STARTED A REVOLUTION!

Women were 1.5 times less likely to survive sudden cardiac arrest and 1.5 less likely to receive bystander resuscitation.

So we brought out the big guns to fire back against this unacceptable truth.

Debuted in February 2022, our campaign has grown to an international scale.

Our social media includes reels, posts, poems, parodies, and music videos. We made buttons, flyers, posters, costumes, and banners. We taught hundreds at female-manikin-only CPR/AED training classes. We marched on Washington, DC and took our manikins to the state capitol.

Then we co-created the Sudden Cardiac Art Exhibition, which brought 80 pieces of art from 37 international artists together to paint the picture of resuscitating females. Now the exhibition is going on tour.

And the battle for equity rages on.

WARNING: IN THIS CONTENT, WE USE A VARIETY OF WORDS FOR WOMEN’S BREASTS. THERE IS THE SUGGESTION OF BARE BREASTS as the point of the campaign is to stop women from dying because people are refusing to touch or bare their breasts in order to resuscitate them. THERE MAY BE ART WORK INCLUDING BARED BREASTS though there are no photographs of bare breasts. IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT THIS, we suggest you DO NOT ENGAGE with the content. But in any case, we plead with you not to be uncomfortable with the idea of saving a woman’s life from sudden cardiac death.
